Cancellation Policy
How can you cancel your order ?
If for any unfortunate reason you decide to cancel your placed order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
we will refund the entire amount.
For outright cancellations by you
If you cancel your order before your product is picked for processing, we will refund the entire amount .
If the cancellation is after your product has been picked for processing, We will review it on case to case basis depending on the stage of processing the order is, to decide whether to accept/deny the cancellation request.
If the cancellation request is made after your product has been shipped, your request will be denied.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, in any circumstances.
Refund/Replacement Policy
When are you eligible for your refund?
Order cannot be refunded once your product has been shipped or delivered.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your placed order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, we will refund the entire amount.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
When is your product eligible for replacement?
Your only eligible for replacement for the below conditions when you inform us immediately as soon you open the package or bring it our attention within 3 hours after your order is been delivered.
For any unfortunate case the plant(s) received by you is/are dead.
For any unfortunate case the received plant(s) is/are damaged to the point of no recovery.
For any unfortunate case you have received a different product than the once you ordered, we will send a fresh product as soon as possible upon checking the availability of stock.
All the request are carefully processed and accepted upon proper inspection by our support team, Our team will contact you for the further clarifications on the request.
Please keep with visual proof of the plants taken via images or video handy for easier resolution.
