Once the order is received it will take 3-5 business days to dispatch the plants to respective shipping partners, depending where your from it might take 2-5 days to deliver once dispatched. 

Eg. If the delivery location is to the upper part of India, we usually schedule those orders for dispatching on Monday or Tuesday.

As you know potted plants contain more dead weight from excess mud/soil in the pot.

More weight = more shipping cost for our customers.

So to reduce the cost beared by our customer we reduce weight of the plants , we ship without pots and with only the required amount of cocopeat/mud mixture.

Once the order is shipped, we will provide tracking number to your mail and as well as will be updated in your order history section.

We just sell plants, to make it convenient to deliver the order to your door steps, we have setup third party courier services through DTDC and Speedpost (India post).  

All the shipping cost we charge by you is paid to them once the order is shipped.

Orders shipped via speed post is a least costlier way to ship on marysgarden.in 

Since it comes with numerous flaws as stated below, any damaged/delayed/lost order(s) sent by speedpost, marysgarden is not responsible for the loss and its entirely based on customer risk.

1. As plants are fragile items , there is no way of mentioning fragile or handle with care on the packing box as per post office rules, so packages is handled rasily.
2.  As post office is a government operated entity the delivery may get delayed for no reason, and there is no way to enquire about the delay with the correct personals. due to which customer may not receive live plants as expected.
3. Tracking of the package is out of sync most of the time.
